Carobtree is an established real estate agency working across the Costa Azahar and the Baix Maestrat region of Eastern Spain. Founded in 2004, we have been active in this area for many years, building a deep understanding of its towns, villages, countryside, and the lifestyles they offer.
Over time, our way of working has evolved. Rather than maintaining large portfolios of properties, we now focus on a small, carefully selected number of homes, often on an exclusive basis. This allows us to work more closely with both buyers and sellers, and to give each property the attention it deserves.

Our work is rooted in detailed local knowledge — not only of the property market, but of how people live here. From coastal towns to inland villages and rural settings, we help clients understand the character of different locations and how they may suit their long-term plans.

Working with buyers
For buyers, we take time to understand individual requirements in terms of location, property type, and lifestyle. Based on this, we select and propose a limited number of suitable properties to view, rather than overwhelming clients with options.
Once a property has been chosen, we work alongside an accredited local gestor (solicitor) and, where required, with clients’ own legal representatives, to ensure the purchase process is handled clearly and efficiently.
Working with sellers
For sellers, we offer a professional and selective sales service, combining careful presentation, targeted online marketing, and access to international property portals.
By working with a limited number of properties at any one time, we are able to represent each one with clarity and commitment. Our team works in Spanish, English, German, French, and Russian, allowing us to communicate effectively with an international client base.
Professional registration and standards
Carobtree is a fully licensed real estate agency, officially registered in the Comunidad Valenciana under registration number 5670, in accordance with the mandatory regulation requiring all agents to be enrolled since August 2023.
We are also members of the API (Agente de la Propiedad Inmobiliaria), a well-established professional association within the Spanish real estate sector. API membership is voluntary and requires recognised professional training, experience, and adherence to a strict code of ethics.
