The villa is in the Almeria province, which is part of Andalucia. To be more precise, it is in the Cortijo Grande valley, very close to the Cortijo Grande golf course. Turre is the nearest village, about 7 minutes by car, with good restaurants, shops, supermarkets and a weekly market. ‘Los Limoneros’ is a great restaurant and bar with a pool just down the road from the villa. Mojacar is the nearest beach - about 15 minutes drive from the house. Mojacar is divided into the famous old Mojacar pueblo - a white-washed village perched on a hill - and the beach area called Mojacar Playa.
Garrucha to the north of Mojacar is a lively fishing port with a nice town beach and restaurants looking over the sea and port areas.
